"I been with this branch for over 40 years. At the time many years ago Michael gave me good rates. But over the years. I was getting cheated on unnecessary add ons. You can't just change it online like other insurance companies. They see it and have a rewrite team change it. There rates doubled in the last few years. Even for multiple car discounts. Sorry Michael. It's time to move on. Have a good one."

"Fraudulent practices stating that they are going to decrease your rate to $194 a month then the next month to be charged $253 for apparently no accidents no tickets that's quite an escalation and a jump don't waste your time you can't talk to the man that's in charge all you get to talk to is somebody that lied to you to begin with about what your rate would change to."
